Order Cancellation Policy

At MenzApparel, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless shopping experience. We understand that sometimes things change, and you may need to cancel an order. Below is our cancellation policy:

1. Order Cancellation Window

You can request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.

2. How to Cancel an Order

3. Refund Process

If your order is successfully canceled, we will process a full refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Cancelable Orders

Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. However, you can return the items once they are delivered, in accordance with our Return Policy.

5. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow our Return & Exchange Policy. Exchanges are only accepted for unused and unwashed items.
